College Students:
We presently have four students attending college away from home. Drop the m a note to let them know you are praying for them. All are at Bob Jones University, Greenville, SC 29614. Ladies Class:
We will be conitinuing with our study on "Essential Virtues" following labor day Sunday, September 12th.

Patch Club:
Needs some craft items for the year. Sharpie - assorted colors, Cans- 10/16 oz., Super glue, Glue dots, Mini figurines(1/2 in), Box of instant potatoes, clear contact paper, a lot of stickers, any growing plant seeds, 2 bags of thin pretzel sticks, Rolo candy, small bag of potting soil, red yarn, white yarn, blue yarn and straws.

PeeWee Club:
We have a sign up sheet poested on the back bulletin board for snacks. We would appreciate any help in this area. We have approximately 12 clubbers enrolled. Parents, the PeeWee activity book is $5.00. Also if your child lost his/her hat it is an additional $4.00. Thank you and if you have any questions please see Erica Neff.

Missionary Christmas:
It is now on the calendar for Sunday, September 19th. We will be having a pot luck meal immediately following the morning service. Please bring a meat dish, and dessert enough for your own family olus two more. Our missionary to the Philippines, Edna Cadavos will be here for the day. Pray that Dan's visa permit will arrive so he will be able to come also. We will be taking a special Christmas offering this day for all nine missionaries we suport.

Contest:
Included in the Missionary Christmas program on September 19th, we are going to have a contest. We encourage you to use your creativity and make a Nativity Scene table display. It can be made out of paper, wood , clay, string, pipe cleaners, foam, legos, to mention a few. Use your imagination whether you are single, a couple, group of friends, family, etc. and participate in this contest. There will be first, second and thrid awards.

Nursing Home Ministry:
Any men wishing to preach at a nursing home service, please sign up on the back bulletin board. The nursing homes ministered to are Ridgeland Nursing Home on the first Sunday of the month, Manor Care on the second Sunday, and Concord on the third Sunday. If you have any questions, please see Bret Blair.
